1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of westgateithub.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. About Westgate

The Site is operated by Westgate IT Hub Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its office at No.6, 2nd Floor, Jayanagar Housing Society Layout, Uttarahalli Main Rd, Kumaraswamy Layout 2nd Stage, Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560061.

3. Nature of our services

Westgate is a gateway that connects Indian IT service providers with Western market opportunities through project outsourcing and remote staff augmentation. Please note:

• The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of work, or a commitment to any specific volume, value, or timing of opportunity.
• Any engagement between Westgate, a supplier, a client, or a partner is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement. Where those terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the separate agreement prevails.
• In the remote staff augmentation model, personnel remain employed by the supplier. Westgate does not become their employer and does not carry out permanent recruitment or placement.
• Delivery of any project or engagement is performed by the supplier organisation, not by Westgate.
• We onboard organisations, not individual job seekers. Applications for individual employment are outside the scope of this Site.

4. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business use by persons aged 18 or over who are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation they represent. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you have that authority and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose, or to impersonate any person or organisation.
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information through any form on the Site.
• Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact data from the Site for bulk commercial use without our written permission.
• Send unsolicited commercial communications to any address published on the Site.
• Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the Site’s content without permission.

We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

6. Your submissions

When you submit an enquiry, company information, or supporting documentation, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that doing so does not breach any third-party right or confidentiality obligation. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that material for the purpose of assessing, progressing, and managing your enquiry or engagement. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, layout, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is owned by or licensed to Westgate IT Hub Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Westgate IT Hub name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without written permission.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.

8. Third-party sites and platforms

The Site links to third-party properties, including TalentedStaff.com and EEP.TODAY, as well as external partner and social platforms. Those properties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Linking does not imply endorsement of any third party unrelated to our stated ecosystem.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice, including for maintenance. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable for any period.

10. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations and warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statistics, capability figures, and roadmap statements are indicative and may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westgate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, contracts, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify Westgate against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction where a breach occurs.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies. Please check back periodically.
