Our Story

From a focused idea to a Western gateway.

Westgate began with a focused mission: connecting Indian IT companies with opportunities in Western markets. Working hands-on across these markets, we saw the same problem repeat — clients lost opportunities because people weren’t ready in time, while capable Indian suppliers had skilled professionals and no structured route to international demand.

The gap wasn’t talent or demand. It was the infrastructure to connect them in a prepared, governed way. So we built it — a partner that prepares supply in advance and connects it to Western clients when they need it.

Today we open Western demand to our suppliers through two engagement models — project outsourcing and individual staffing — supported by platforms including TalentedStaff.com, with more platforms and partners growing around them.
